Who/What is impacted?

Please be advised that the MyUtility.net Web Portal network will be undergoing maintenance. During the maintenance window some Web Portal Pages will be offline. Once the maintenance work is completed, the system will be restored to full operation.

Please be advised that during the maintenance shutdown, online customer form pages will be unavailable.

What action do I need to take?

Any customer that wants to submit an online form (Enrollment, Move Out or PAP) or password reset can perform these functions once the maintenance is completed.
