Preauthorized Payments (PAP) is the most convenient, secure, and reliable way to pay for your Hydro Bill.

If you are a new customer, your first bill will include a one-time set up fee and security deposit. The deposit will be waived if you sign up for PAP.

I certify that am the Bank Account Holder of the account and agree to the terms below:

1. I agree to be apart of this pre-authorized payment plan, and I give PowerStream Energy Service permission to debit my account (Account Number) at the financial institution listed above in accordance with the terms and conditions herein for the purpose of paying my utility bills.

2. I may revoke this Authorization by contacting customercare@powerstreamenergy.com in writing, fourteen (14) days in advance of my next payment due date. I agree that revocation of this Authorization does not terminate any contract that exists between myself and PowerStream Energy Services concerning my utility account.

3. I accept that there will be a service fee applied depending on the utility services supplied for any payment that is not honoured by the bank account listed above. This agreement will be cancelled and manual payment of the remaining balance on my account will be necessary if there are (2) consecutive default payments.

4. Upon termination, ANY AMOUNT DUE shall be paid directly to PowerStream Energy Services. Cancellation of pre-authorized debit (PAD) does not constitute cancellation of service by PowerStream Energy Services and the customer shall be liable for any past, present, or future amounts owing.

5. I agree to promptly inform PowerStream Energy Services of any change in Financial Institution Account information.

You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD agreement.
